Set over 15 years after the events of Tekken 2, Tekken 3 features a largely-changed character roster and reformed movement mechanics (such as heavier emphasis of side-stepping and more realistic jumping). The PS1 version is known for its introduction of bonus mini-games (including a brawler and a sports-themed game).
